INDIVIDUAL SPONSOR APPLICATION
Oak Grove Youth Football is a community sponsored
non-profit organization that provides a Pop Warner affiliated program
of tackle and cheerleading for boys and girls between the ages of 5-15.
Pop Warner Football stresses academic achievement along with athletic
involvement.
As
with many non-profit organizations, our existence depends upon the support
of business in the area. It costs more the $250.00 to outfit each child.
Other costs include officials, field maintenance and improvements, travel,
trophies, storage, banquets, etc.
We
appreciate your support, which makes it possible for the youth in our
area to participate in an activity such as Oak Grove Youth Football.
There
is no limit on the amount you wish to contribute. Your sponsorship of
a football team or cheerleading squad is tax deductible. Donations for
use by a specific individual are NOT considered as “charitable contribution”

Sponsor will receive recognition plaque, acknowledgement on team web page,
listed on apparel, and acknowledgement on our team page in the regional
program
Platinum $750-$999
Sponsors will receive recognition plaque, acknowledgement on team web
page, listed on apparel, acknowledgement on team page in regional program,
and separate ad space in program. (Business card size)
Platinum Elite $1000 or more
Sponsors will receive recognition plaque, acknowledgement on our website
with your company’s link, listed on apparel, acknowledgement on team page
in regional program and a separate quarter page ad in the regional program
